It's a beautiful, warm and memorable lodge to stay. The view during winter is absolutely mezmerizing. The area is very quiet. The host is also very friendly and will gladly take you anywhere in Hakuba. He speaks perfect English too. It's a perfect quiet spot to rejuvinate and enjoy your vacation.

The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

Nothing much really. Just that hving a car is a big plus.
